Hayes Graphics encourages submission of:

Adobe PDF files.

PDF files are preferred over other file types because the printed product
is independent of factors such as printers, different software versions, fonts,
layout, images and graphics. More information on pdf files can be found at
www.adobe.com

Other supported file types:

Adobe PageMaker 6.0 or lower
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or lower
Adobe Photoshop 5.5 or lower

Hayes Graphics does not encourage submission of Microsoft Word, Publisher or
PowerPoint files, though we’re happy to experiment to determine if your file
will print properly. We may also be able to work with other file types such as
QuarkXPress depending on your job. Contact us to find out.

Files are accepted by email (hpncopy@gmail.com), cd or Flash drive. Note that
files larger than 10 Mb cannot be handled by many email systems.
